All Wanderskye products underwent performance and quality tests to ensure all standards are strictly met before making it available for sale. Wanderskye is committed to providing quality products that are free from material, workmanship and electrical defects. Wanderskye takes pride in all our products, but, in an event when you encounter problems with our products,
Wanderskye will gladly provide replacement of the similar product or exchange with the same/or equal amount, upon our discretion. In any case that the selected item is below the original amount of the damaged item, the excess is non-refundable.
Wanderskye will provide 7 days warranty from the date of purchase For online orders, the 7 days warranty will take effect on the day the buyer receives the item
Warranty
Warranty does not cover the following;
1.Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, improper care, neglect, abuse and cosmetic damages due to normal wear and tear.2. Missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3.Tampering of the product.
4. Do not have the original tags on them.
5. Does not provide physical copy of the warranty card.
To be eligible for this policy, the client must have the following;
1.Original proof of purchase.2. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Must be in the original packaging.
4. Warranty card with complete information
5. Customer must shoulder any shipping charges

We may have to request for the item/s to be shipped to our warehouse in Makati. We will notify you of the approval and process the request once eligible.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the items and sending it back to the buyer
